Remote Monitoring

A major component to our page management program is how we monitor the print devices.  This is done through our PagePilot™ Remote Monitoring software. It is a small program that runs in the background of a client's server or PC.  It checks the status of each device on a regular basis and then uploads the data to a central server, giving us information that is updated every 30 minutes. It displays all of the important information needed to manage the devices; including usage, supply and service.This allows RS to be more proactive in serving the client by providing supplies, and even some service, often before the client even knows they need it.Our clients also have the option to login and see the same information that we do, allowing their internal IT departments to be able to monitor and manage the devices as well.  At RS our goal is to make print management as easy and efficient as possible.
